Therefore, it makes economic sense to take LONG TERM RENTALS from €300 per month as opposed to HOLIDAY RENTALS which can amount to much more on a weekly basis, particularly in high season and use the LONG RENTAL APARTMENT or VILLA as a base or stopover when travelling back and forth between UK, Cyprus and United Arab Emirates
