CYServices – a little bit about us!

When my husband and I first visited Cyprus in April 2004, we bought a property just a few miles from Ayia Napa, within two days of being there.

Our intention was to offer our property to family and friends and try to get over a few times a year for our annual holidays.

We returned home, full of anticipation about our new adventure, and couldn’t find an agency to manage our property with whom we felt comfortable.

We wanted a personal service, and most importantly wanted to feel that it was our home!  I especially wanted to know who was going to enter my property, I wanted my family to visit and not have to worry about cleaning, changing sheets and washing towels and I didn’t want to give everybody a crash course in chemistry in order to get the pool mix right! I just wanted them to have a holiday on a beautiful island in our precious home.

My husband and I wanted a friendly, helpful but unobtrusive approach to our needs. Unable to find the perfect partner the idea was presented to us that we in fact could offer to other home owners exactly what we had been unable to find.

Now we have expanded and taken into the "umbrella" of the CYGroup, this makes our service even more flexible and able to grow with your personal needs.
